Basic- edited with standard adjustments to make the most of the natural lighting.  Color variations will occure due to bulb frequencies vs sunlight. Also, even with today's HDR technology, dynamic range is still limited, causing over exposed windows unless the room is VERY well lit. 

Exceptional- combines a flash photo with an ambient photo to achieve a more color correct photo, less affected by color temperatures of different light bulbs, which in affect also creates greater color contrast. A third photo is then overlayed and the windows are hand traced and edited to achieve proper exposure of the exterior, creating a more open feeling to the outside world.

Aerial Photography

    typically front view, and 4 angles. Aerial pics are eye catching and great for showing yard layout as well as what the neighborhood is like.

Twilight (inlcudes aerial)

  • $65 add on (must wait 30-40 minutes after interior photos for proper lighting)

  • $100 add on (1 min long for social media posting the sake of attention spans)
